The flowers were fresh and delivered promptly. I appreciated the level of care and efficiency taken to ensure everything was as I requested.

So I chose this florist based on reviews. I’m out of state. I completely stopped using the name brand florist that dole out to florists who deliver nothing that looks like what you paid for and often way smaller. I have to say there was a hiccup. However, the lady with the very compassionate voice went above and beyond to fix the situation. She didn’t play the blame game she just went straight to resolution. As a small business owner myself, I applaud her handling of the situation. I expressed my frustration, she handled the situation impeccably. The fact that the flowers were breathtaking was icing on the cake. I will most definitely use them again. She represents this company and it’s a class act organization in my opinion. I’m giving five stars because life happens but the moments are defined by how you handle them.

I live out of state and have ordered these for the past few years for a friend in the DC area. Both times the arrangements have been fresh, beautiful, and my friend has loved them. I schedule deliveries, and both have been on time with great communication and confirmation when the flowers have been delivered, along with a photo of the arrangement which is great for me since I’m out of state and that allows me to actually see what my friend is receiving.

We had such a great experience with Shoots and Blooms. I called mid-morning and ordered one of their seasonal bouquets for a new job hire. They confirmed the address and phone number at the point of delivery. They sent a picture of the arrangement that was delivered. And I received a ton of praise from the recipient! They were the talk of the office.

Very pleased. I will more certainly order again.

I ordered this bouquet after only seeing a likeness on the S&B website. It came and was as beautiful as the photo. What a gorgeous bouquet that made the bride so happy. I will definitely do business with this florist again. Mikayla, the wedding florist, was wonderful to work with. The delivery was on time and packaged in a way to keep the flowers in wonderful shape for the wedding the next morning. Easy online ordering interface. Able to give specific instructions about delivery. Delivery person communicated clearly with recipient to arrange time for delivery to college dorm. Recipient is enjoying the arrangement!

The lavender roses were as fragrant as they were beautiful! My wife loved them! In addition, we had some people over for an event the next day and several of them commented on the beauty of the bouquet.
